1.) Sure, most place have them but bring some crayons/coloring book just in case! Just make sure they are washable.
2.) Sticker Books. What kid doesn't love stickers!
3.) Kid Magazines-great for coloring and discussing.
4.) Travel car games for the older ones.

Old Fashioned Fun
1.) Play the food alphabet game. Start with A and name a food that begins with that letter.
2.) Story Ending-Start with a chef or destination themed starter and let everyone take turns with a piece of the story
3.) Sing "On top of Spaghetti" guaranteed laughs.
